Create a Helpdesk Ticket

Users can create a ticket in Levven's helpdesk system via the mobile app, or directly on this web form

Email

Sending an email to support@levven.com will create a new helpdesk ticket specific to your question issue. Levven's customer support team actively manages its ticket queue and will respond to your inquiry in one business day.

Phone

Call into Levven's customer service team at 844-553-8836 for assistance with installing and configuring Levven hardware or connecting and using the Levven mobile app.

Supporting New Homeowners

If a homeowner encounters an issue with the Levven electrical controls in their new home, they can contact their home builder's warranty team or contact Levven directly via the channels mentioned above.

Home Builder Warranty Workflow

Levven recommends that home builder warranty personnel send an email to support@levven.com with the specifics of the homeowner's question and the details of the installation. This email creates a new helpdesk ticket that Levven will resolve with the homeowner.

Required details:

  • Home address
  • Detailed description of the issue

Optional (but still good to have) information:

  • MAC address from the Levven Q gateway that was installed in the home
  • Community name
  • Posession date

Levven Customer Support Workflow

If the homeowner contacts Levven directly, a new helpdesk ticket will be created. Levven's customer support personnel follow a troubleshooting process with the homeowner. Many cases are resolved through remote support, or by simply educating the homeowner on the product. 

If remote support is not successful and a Levven power controller needs to be replaced, Levven will initiate a service call with the installing trade, or prompt the home builder to coordinate a service call for the homeowner.

Warranty

Levven products have a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects from date of purchase.
