Pre-Configured Levven Quick Kits
To save time during installation, Levven offers two sizes of pre-configured Quick Kits to meet installation requirements. These kits include the switches, controllers, and Levven Q Gateway. The controllers and switches come pre-grouped and paired. The paired devices are housed together in one compartment in the packaging.
Switch cover plates are sold separately.

Takeoff / Materials Count
To determine which kit will best suit your project, review the builder's plans to find how many switches and controllers are required to complete the electrical installation. This count of switches and controllers is known as the electrical controls takeoff.
- Count the number of single-pole, 3-way, and 4-way electrical switch legs from your electrical plan
- Which loads can be switched from a dual-output controller
- Which can't be done with a dual-output, and need a single-output controller?
- Count the number of wall plates needed to cover the switches (single-, 2-, 3-, and 4-gang plates)
Levven has published a helpful web app to assist in takeoff counts. Go to https://levventop.lovable.app/ and load your floorplan PDF into the app. You will be able to drag and drop Levven switch/controller assemblies onto the plan to generate a takeoff.
Based on your count, select the most suitable size Levven Quick Kit. Off-the-shelf pre-configured kits won't match perfectly with your takeoff count. To get the correct number of devices for your project, pair additional controllers and switches with the devices that come in the kit.

To avoid handling excess inventory at the end of the day, choose a kit that's slightly undersized, then add more controllers and switches to complete the installation.
