Rus is a significant addition to Levven. He brings over 33 years of business development, innovation and leadership experience from multiple industries to help Levven, home builders, and construction trades make homes more affordable to build, purchase, and operate.

Rus has had an inspiring journey. His achievements in real estate and green technology are testaments to his business acumen. Managing a $40 million real estate investment portfolio and consistently delivering double-digit returns yearly is no small feat. His expertise in navigating complex market dynamics, executing strategic turnarounds, and leading successful mergers and acquisitions, particularly in seven and eight-figure ventures, has set new benchmarks in the industry.
Rus’s influence goes beyond boardrooms and balance sheets. In the 80s and 90s, Rus and his companies developed internet service providers, online corporate reservation systems, and publishing automation solutions. His innovative solutions have served Fortune 500 clients and significantly impacted a global scale.
Leadership in CleanTech and Sustainable Practices
In the CleanTech sector, Rus has been a visionary leader. He played a pivotal role in co-founding and chairing the Alberta Clean Technology Industry Alliance. Under his guidance, this organization merged with Foresight CleanTech Accelerators Canada, leading to impressive growth and expansion across the nation. His commitment to sustainable technology and eco-friendly initiatives aligns perfectly with Levven’s mission and values.
Rus’s passion for growth and innovation extends to his active involvement in industry associations. He has been instrumental in launching venture capital forums, accelerators, and angel investment groups. As Chairman of the Alberta Science and Technology (ASTech) Awards, he oversaw its incredible triple-digit growth.
